Pros

Véhicule de service et commissions sur les ventes mais au-delà de 4000€ et encore cela n’est pas motivant.

Kontras

Journées de 10h à 11h en moyenne par jour payées 07h30, le temps passé en véhicule pour aller chez son client et en revenir n’est pas pris en compte. Politique du chiffre très présente et pressante. Pose de RTT ou congé est presque à demander le graal !

Pros

Great people and environment. Location is convenient. Lots of company sponsored events.

Kontras

No advancement opportunities. Company is very acquisition heavy but horrible with cross functional communication. Lots of surprises.

Plenty of parking, close to highway

Workplace is toxic, dysfunctional, and psychologically draining. Management is the root cause of problems, fostering a culture that tolerates: Harassment Intimidation Favoritism and nepotism Sexism Employees are expected to remain silent and continue working under constant pressure. High levels of: Employee burnout Stress Overwork Turnover Human Resources protects the company and management rather than employees. Complaints are often minimized, ignored, or redirected without meaningful resolution. Issues are widespread and known by many employees, though some are reluctant to speak publicly. Prospective employees seriously reconsider working there, the company presents a positive image externally but has a deeply unhealthy internal culture marked by poor leadership, lack of accountability, and low employee well-being.
