Pros

Nice people overall with exceptions. Nice office and location close to I-10. Things can be pretty good or pretty bad; it just depends on which department you work at and to whom.

Kontras

work-life balance depending on which department you work on. Very average benefits. Poor leadership team. Too much talking too little action on implementing ideas and strategies. Lots of small companies put together through acquisition but still small company mentality.

Great people and environment. Location is convenient. Lots of company sponsored events.

No advancement opportunities. Company is very acquisition heavy but horrible with cross functional communication. Lots of surprises.

Management is the root cause of problems, fostering a culture that tolerates: Harassment Intimidation Favoritism and nepotism Sexism Employees are expected to remain silent and continue working under constant pressure. High levels of: Employee burnout Stress Overwork Turnover Human Resources protects the company and management rather than employees. Complaints are often minimized, ignored, or redirected without meaningful resolution. Issues are widespread and known by many employees, though some are reluctant to speak publicly. Prospective employees seriously reconsider working there, the company presents a positive image externally but has a deeply unhealthy internal culture marked by poor leadership, lack of accountability, and low employee well-being.
