Steady workflow and some decent co-workers.

44000 + employee company and the 2 "TOP DOGS" are leaving the company...yikes.. Office politics to the 15th degree. No training program whatsoever, Sink or Swim. Obscene amounts of work and responsibilities because they want to run lean. Couple years there and seen 23 terminations of managers and field workers. They averaged 1 a month. Some 25 year vets.

Pros

Great people and environment. Location is convenient. Lots of company sponsored events.

Kontras

No advancement opportunities. Company is very acquisition heavy but horrible with cross functional communication. Lots of surprises.

Management is the root cause of problems, fostering a culture that tolerates: Harassment Intimidation Favoritism and nepotism Sexism Employees are expected to remain silent and continue working under constant pressure. High levels of: Employee burnout Stress Overwork Turnover Human Resources protects the company and management rather than employees. Complaints are often minimized, ignored, or redirected without meaningful resolution. Issues are widespread and known by many employees, though some are reluctant to speak publicly. Prospective employees seriously reconsider working there, the company presents a positive image externally but has a deeply unhealthy internal culture marked by poor leadership, lack of accountability, and low employee well-being.
