Pros

The people are fantastic, and the workplace is relatively flexible. If you have hobbies, school, or anything else that you need to get done, or would like to get done, you have the freedom to do so during work hours.

Kontras

There are many challenges to working in a contractor situation and not all of the leaders in this organization are prepared to deal with these types of things. They often roll over instead of protecting their employees, or at least that is how it appears. Even within the organization, there is some turning a blind-eye and not standing up to the subcontractors who work on the same contract and are quite obviously the ones making the calls.
