The most toxic environment I’ve ever worked in my entire 16 years in healthcare. The leadership micromanages all the way down to listening to every phone call, installing cameras with microphones all around the building along with borderline harassing most of their employees. It’s like walking on eggshells and you never know when you will be reprimanded for saying something the executive leadership might not agree with. Majority of the employees are treated differently based off of their past history with leadership. They put patients in danger while trying to make a buck. Pay is limited when it comes to job satisfaction and this company could’ve paid me a million dollars a year and I still would’ve quit.
