      Lack of professional support is disappointing. Colleagues encouraged to be competitive and not encouraged to treat each other respectfully.

      The animals. Benefits are decent.

      Kontras

      The worst place I’ve worked. Filled with toxicity and bullies. The staff is problematic, lots of unchecked covert and overt micro aggressions, racism, homophobia and transphobia. White colleagues fail upwards while POC and LBGTQ are overlooked. Chronically under staffed and overworked. And worst of all, incompetent management.
