The projects team are some of the loveliest and most hardworking people you could ever work with. They genuinely support each other, and without them the place would completely fall apart.

While the projects team are genuinely wonderful to work with, the overall experience is overshadowed by the toxic leadership of the head executives. Their management style is narcissistic, bullying, and controlling, with little respect for staff input or wellbeing. Ideas are dismissed, feedback is belittled, and the culture they create is one of fear rather than collaboration. Despite the talent and dedication of the team, staff are undervalued, underpaid, and expected to work major overtime as if it were the norm. The lack of accountability at the top drives high turnover and destroys morale, leaving the best people burnt out or forced to leave.

One of the highlights was the great team environment. I worked alongside supportive colleagues, and there were excellent team-building opportunities that helped foster strong relationships and a positive sense of connection within the team.

Onboarding and training were quite limited, largely due to high workloads and ongoing staff turnover. There was little structure in place, which often meant figuring things out on my own. Processes varied widely between projects, making it challenging to achieve consistency. When my personal circumstances changed, I felt there was limited flexibility or support from management. Rather than being offered an opportunity to grow or adjust within the company, I was given an end date, which was disappointing. Communication from one of the managing directors was often unclear, making it difficult to understand expectations. And when my circumstances changed, there was little consideration or effort made to support me in staying with the company. Their approach felt dismissive, which affected the overall work environment.
