The company health insurance benefits are solid better than most. They have wellness programs and health fairs. Depending on the department growth is possible. Too many reorganizations for particular departments and not enough communication from Upper Management. Training can be a long process if conducted by IT. In regards to time-off policies PTO-Personal time off and Sick days are clumped together. you are allotted 1 or 1.5 days after a year and only 2 days per month after 5 years. Bonuses, Employee recognition are few and far between, HR very critical. This Company's HR Dept. is very supportive of Upper Management.
