Great benefits, HR never loses sight that employees are people, not just resources. Great people to work with, company is supportive of internal transfers with a wide range of positional responsibilities.
Kontras
Typical large corporation confusion. Lack of clear company vision at worker level. Too much energy spent putting out fires versus proactively preventing them. Wheels of change can be very slow with regard to updating procedures, processes and methods. Company systems are comprehensive, but utterly un-intuitive with next to useless users manuals.
