      Pros

      You are allowed to turn in time for as many hours as you wish. They have ice cream, Xbox and popcorn.

      Kontras

      Engineering Manager is severely under qualified. Quick to judge and release. Does not appreciate anyone without a BS Engineering degree with a high GPA. Poor direction on projects. No long term planning to improve. Many people in positions they are not qualified for. Lack of respect for senior employees. More focused on interns and young engineers at lower salaries.
