Managers stick to their own stubborn ways even though the work environment changes around them. Staff cutbacks which means left over staff expected to do double the work. Overtime is hit and miss and used as a weapon. Nothing is done about colleagues who clearly slack on purpose, frustrating other colleagues who then have to pick up the slack. Difficult to alter or increase contracted hours.
