- Bad people (the most), especially managers - board and manager never care about you - small company mentality - low salaries if you are under 10 years, especially if you are new - They can't recognize your work and your labor - no roles - Those who are good at their job leave between 1-4 years - Old minds, old policies, old employees, old thoughts - Politics & lies from ceo, general manager & (old) managers. - Bullying is accepted from board - Be careful from politics & fake friendship - Very very rude HR - No balance to salaries -No bonus
