good product, not so great culture - Manager bei AS Colour : Mitarbeiterbewertung

Pay was pretty low compared to other retailers. Culture is overall pretty cliquey and challenging. Lot's of friends hiring friends which led to a lot of conflicts of interest and weak leadership from area managers. HR at this organisation also leaves a lot to be desired and be very wary of disclosing any mental health related issues as they are not supportive at all.
