Lesser works and plp to manage; lots of waiting time for decision and direction. Work life balance.
Kontras
Not a transparent company, incompetent management and not efficient process. No bonus for good performance. Company will try to replace the team when they are demotivated as no bonus and increment given. Trying to move jobs to Pakistan. Management do not share any company direction and plans with employees. Everything running secretly with two or three guys.
