Good on telecom business with some smart folks but lethargic leadership in tech services, a pretend services company, Think they had a 'fire sale'. If Tech Services business plan is to decrease in size, they are hitting it.

In spite of many opportunities Artel is inept in IT service technologies and how to win, poorly organized. No vision or strategy. Hard to be accepted as part of the team in spite of your expertise and teaming approach. In fighting and big egos are surpassed only by their incompetence. Smoke and mirrors, bait and switch - be careful here – services is a clunker.
