The leadership team at all levels interact very well with one another. They don't stick to their own silo's, but seek to work with each other to solve problems and get the job done. Departmental teams all seem to work very well together as well. It's good when you consider the folks you work with more like close friends and family than just people you have to put up with. The ownership and executive leadership are now fully committed to investing in the growth and development of the company. There have been more investments in new equipment and software in the past year than there have been over the past 15 years.

The company is growing at a pace that will make it hard to keep up with needed personnel. The ERP system seems to be everyone's favorite thing to complain about.
