      Professional organization, great management who truly let you know they have your best interests at heart. great pay

      There can be a large amount of travel depending on which program you support. While some may weigh this option as opportunity to see the world, others may weigh this as a time away from family

      Pros

      Depending on what you want to do, you can work from home full-time, or work on-site (assuming you're in one of the right areas). The CEO of the parent company is eager to make everyone happy (and he's fun to hang out with). Middle management is intelligent, experienced, and eager to make a difference both for the customers and their employees. Salary and benefits start out decent and grow quickly; it might not stack up against Google or Facebook in Silicon Valley, but for most parts of the country, the salary is really good. Coworkers are smart, dedicated, and eager to help each other out. The team gets together multiple times a year to hang out, meet with customers, improve processes, and enjoy some drinks together.
