My assignment ended after three days due to “poor quality” and “not meeting metrics,” as communicated by the staffing agency. However, onboarding was not very clear, and training did not feel structured. Performance expectations and specific metrics were not clearly outlined at the start. I also did not receive direct feedback from management about any concerns before the assignment ended. Clear communication of expectations and more structured training would have made it easier to understand how success was measured.
