No PTO, no sick days, no benefits, no 401k, pay isn't enough. Communication is one of the worst I've ever seen. Favoritism is very high and not every employee follows the post orders or employees go against them and they don't seem to care about being fair across the board, don't pay 100% for travel, most training done on days off and not paid for neither is any equipment
Under paid, over worked, under staffed, management oblivious to provide aide, low pay, no raises, constantly asked to come in on days off, charged for everything, pay for your own sled card..
