Quality products produced here. Pretty Area (Shen Valley). People are nice. It's interesting to see the intersection of French and American business styles.

Where to start... not enough talent among management. A new CEO just started to replace a guy that was not qualified to do much of anything. Hoping to see good things happen - he's more competent. A tremendous turnover rate of employees at every level - makes it difficult to gain any momentum.
