Pros

Can involve in the core engineering projects rather than "supports", compared with other similar high-tech companies in China.

Kontras

Compensation package is lower than other companies at the same reputation level; Promotion generally depends on your performance, but "political" factors are also very important. And sometimes fast promotion is prohibited by the top line management, but sometimes it's just OK, that's unfair.
