Bad management that is unbelievably unprofessional. Absolutely no breaks if you are over 18, which I am. I have worked 12 hours in one day with no break. Constant fluctuation with positions because you will always be understaffed, and cleaning theaters that are completely trashed all day isn't exactly fun. I would probably not be so dissatisfied if I was paid more than minimum wage for doing multiple jobs a day. I work so hard at this job, and have been working for the company for almost 2 years. Very rarely is my hard work appreciated and it is discouraging in so many ways that I find myself looking for a new job regularly. I feel like they do not value the employees that give 110% every day, but rather they value employees that they personally like the most.
