      WIRKLICH giftiges Unternehmen, verwöhnt mit egoistischem Verhalten auf Managementebene, man wird nicht wertgeschätzt, eigene Erfolge werden von nutzlosen Managern gestohlen, die einfach gut darin sind, sich Anerkennung für Dinge zu holen, die sie selbst nicht erreichen. Niedrige Gehälter, keine Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten, Sie müssen 2 Jobs machen und werden gleich bezahlt, wenn Sie irgendwie befördert werden. Zusätzliche Stunden und Wochenenden sind obligatorisch, werden nicht bezahlt und können nicht in freie Tage umgewandelt werden. Noch besser, das "Management" hat einen privaten Chat, um schmutzig über seine eigenen Mitarbeiter und Kollegen zu sprechen - großartiger Geist! Oh, und finanziell instabil und Kosteneinsparungen, seit ich gegangen bin, schätze ich, dass die Dinge jetzt schlimmer sind. VERMEIDEN - SCHLIMMER ALS SCHLECHT

      Hello, We appreciate your feedback. It's important to us that AMBOSSians share both good and bad experiences so we can learn and improve from them. We would like to provide some additional information on some of the points you raised: - AMBOSS is in a strong financial position, and we apologize for not communicating this well while you were here. AMBOSS is close to profitability. We have a very long cash flow runway, and our revenue is growing very well. - We have been updating our salary ranges on many teams over the last year, and there are still a few teams that need to be addressed. - It's very unfortunate to hear that you were working late and/or on weekends without receiving any flex days in lieu. Our practice is to provide flex days off in lieu if someone has to work on a weekend, which is rare and emergency-based. - We will be rolling out manager training for all managers and leaders in the next few months.       Fun workplace. Travel to different office locations. Fun colleagues. Solid PTO. Office parties, and lots of food and booze!

      Pay! Seriously way underpaid. Also, no bonuses, or equity. Didn’t check your email over the weekend to respond to a client? Slap on the wrist. (Want me to check my emails on a weekend? Pay me more.) No possibility to move up in most roles, unless you’re in engineering or product development. This place is a revolving door. People quit or get fired all the time. I’ve stopped learning new employee’s names. Management here is as diverse as my taste in wines. White and cold.
