I was employed by this Company with a promise of a three year pipeline of work. Due to cuts in the Defence budget I was made redundant. A good Company, with good people, most of whom have now gone.

Towards the end there was a lot of rumour about redundancies which caused a lot of dissent amongst the workforce. This could have been avoided.
