i have never encountered so many issues in one place. management is severely lacking, there is no order or organisation, nothing is clear, everyone is overworked, you always do your role and someone else's because they don't want to hire a specialist, they promise you things they don't back up, no training or support is given but they expect so much out of everyone regardless. i would not recommend anyone working there for any amount of money in the world (and they are definitely underpaying everyone there)

Where do you start? No staff training provided, the 'leadership' team are very poor indeed - no man management and very little care given to younger members of the team. The turnover of staff is high due to low job satisfaction, much of which is down to a CEO who has those who he likes and those he doesn't, for no good reason other than personal prejudices. Unprincipled and immoral leadership. Lots of junior staff employed so that expenditure for the CEO is low and therefore maximise his salary.
