- Poor organisation and management of work - Often expects employees to do work that is not related to their position at all - Work often monotonous - No proper system in place to deal with employee issues (seem to just believe in "out of sight, out of mind" when it comes to issues) - Lack of flexibility with working hours (except with some staff for whatever reason) - Work environment is quite small and cramped - Very little communication between departments which causes extra unnecessary work. This should not be an issue in such a small company.
