Excessive micromanagement was a prevalent issue within the organization. This was accompanied by a notable lack of professionalism. Executive decisions were subject to frequent changes without clear rationale, creating an atmosphere of uncertainty. Unfortunately, open expression of ideas from employees was stifled, and receptiveness to input was lacking. Regrettably, there were instances where the CEO engaged in practices that were detrimental to employee health, such as inviting smoking within the premises.
