Good food, previously had a good HR team, exquisite team.

Terrible management. No planning or product strategy. Idk how they got the Series A being totally incompetent. C-suite not aligned with each other. Employees are playing bureaucracy vs developing features. As an ops person you will have a great 8 hour shift and go home, as a product/development person you will be overworked, exhausted, and underpaid considering the workload. The CEO didn't know his own team's structure. The CTO started swearing to his team in my first week here. Mothers and sisters mentioned, accusations of drug use. Layoffs were less about resource management and more about removing any opposition.

Lunch is good. Facilities department ( office boys etc) is super good. Software department is also working good. Too much to learn for freshers. Good people are there but you have to find them.

In my department there was zero professionalism, Manager and Team leads will comment on females of the company and pass adult jokes on each other like they are sitting on the corner of street ( if raising this concern they will say they want to make a friendly environment within the team and if you raise voice you will be targeted all the time). Team leads are having zero skills to lead. CTO wants you to work for 19 hours in a day.
