The hours (employees provide round-the-clock support on two 8-hour shifts). The training provided were insufficient for the job. The management was seriously lacking in competence and tends to rely heavily on selected employees instead of training others to be better and more resourceful to enhance performance. Politics were in abundance at all levels.
