      Pros

      Marketing did a great job at spinning a web. Second to none. Imagine if they actually had a product.

      No product ready, Managers that had no idea what they were selling, Told to sell Airware to clients by using an OEM product with plans to secretly switch it to a different / new product.

      Very entrepreneurial in culture ...even thought not a startup. Great vision and management team

      Lot's of inconsistencies in decision making. Management needs to have more of a pulse on what is going on in the industry and adjust accordingly. Square peg in round hole approach is too prevalent.
