Mergers of historical opcos has been VERY poor Company only interested in pushing more out of employees for less pay. Past 3 yrs client billing rates have increased 30-50%, personal pay has increase 8%. No coordination between marketing/management from place to place. No defined career path for staff No "fast track" for junior staff (promotions non-existant recently)
