The level of flexibility is excellent and there is a good deal of independence for junior staff. People are kind.
Kontras
Disappointing level of emphasis on junior level staff development. Constantly feel as though we are filling in gaps and providing a set of hands rather than a set of skills. Opportunities to take on more responsibility and challenging work are infrequent difficult to pursue as a result of utilization requirements and poor management at the group level. Financial incentives are nonexistent.
