      The pay is not too bad. Easy going work environment. Good coworkers. The teamwork is really good. Everyone is friendly to each other.

      Employment is not too secure. Entry level position is not full time. Communication is not the very best between the management and the staff team.

      BCBA's and managers were very kind and taught me loads during the sessions.

      I constantly had trouble with scheduling (inconsistent clients, lots of sub work or last minute cancellations, scheduling team hardly ever gave me more cases to work on - instead the BCBA's would come straight to me and ask me if i could pick up shifts).
