      Promotions! I was promoted within my 2 weeks. I was so eager to learn and grow that I had no idea I could do this.

      Due to how fast paced the process is if you slack off you can find yourself being stagnant in the position you’re in, but if you just focus you can do it!

      Have the ability to move up in the company if you perform.

      Kontras

      If you don’t produce your hours could get cut. Management does everything possible for this to not happen to you and will help you as much as they can but it can still be challenging.
