      Competitive salary A team of professionals who care deeply about their students An administration always looking for ways to improve and boost morale Flexible hours as long as you’re there when the students are (come in early or stay after dismissal, as long as you get your work done!)

      It’s an expensive area to live so it’s difficult to live close to work. The commute can be long

      Pros

      ACCEPT is a wonderful place to work. It is great to be part of such a collaborative multi-disciplinary team that is dedicated to working together to meet the needs of a diverse student body. It's so great to be in an environment where everyone is coming togther for the same purpose. The level of care and compassion that each staff member has for the students really makes this a tremendous school to work in!
