There aren't enough words to describe the hellscape that is working at ABG. Unless you are a man who brings in $$$$ chances you will be treated like garbage. Hours are beyond - you are expected to work before working hours, after working hours, on weekends, on holidays, on vacation, etc. Vacations are frowned upon and work-life balance is non-existent. Pay is mediocre and everyone has sharp elbows - think Devil Wears Prada. In August 2020 everyone was mandated back to the office 5 days a week. You are only given an ounce of respect if you bleed out consistently for years. The founder/ceo of this company is a miniature trump wannabe and obsessed with clout/being near celebrities. Oh, and the nepotism is on par with Succession.
