      Great atmosphere, fun people, lot of camaraderie, great show, great bands!

      Really difficult to move up. Saw some quality people stay at the bottom rung for years. They just end up leaving and having their position filled by one of the kids of Jimmy's friends.

      Pros

      Loved working here. My main role was account management and driving new business. I was also responsible for selling event sponsorships. The benefits were generous. Good salary plus commissions. Flexibility to work from home as needed. Loved the Disney benefits.

      Sales is tough in the Bay Area due to traffic and dense population, so lots of time is spent in the car.
