Pros
Employees are very nice and extremely smart. They really want the company to succeed. Too bad the upper level is not listening to them and hindering their success. The work environment is clean and comfortable.
Kontras
Career growth was preached about after continuous layoffs, but promotions were nonexistent. Instead employees were given more work without an increase in pay or promotion. Overall, there is a serious lack of professional development encouraged and nurtured. The only option for advancement and development is to leave the company.
