Pros
Individual contributors and low level management are fantastic. They care about each other, about the customer, and about quality.
Kontras
Senior management are not self-aware. They don't respect diversity. They say they want people to take control of situations, initiate change, and be open in their communication but then resent those who do. I'm not sure if this is limited to the VP-level or if it goes all the way to the top (Scott).
