Pros
It has been a great place to work until the past few years. The changes in management has gotten everyone worried. Layoffs are leaving a bad taste in everyone's mouth wondering if they are next.
Kontras
There are too many people talking about other people and not getting enough work done. Management seems to disregard this. People have worked their way up but new hires are getting the same pay as people that have years with the company. They should start at the bottom too.
