The work culture is toxic, with a lot of backstabbing
The CEO himself does not have great ideas for the company
The Gurgaon office has open-door policy only on papers as the person in charge manipulates the perception of people and the US team trusts him like anything.
They can fire anyone anytime,
The company started in 2009 and they have just 600+ employees as Layoffs are a common practice here
Value for work does not matter here
Overall, this is not a company that values its employees. I left as soon as I could, and I would not recommend working here to anyone unless you’re desperate for a paycheck.
