we are mentally and physically exhausted all year. this department is poorly managed and no one seems to care. if you value sleep, cooking, dating, maintaining a relationship, seeing your children, fitness, having a dog, or even doing yard work, forget about it. you will work until you fall asleep, stress until you burn out. “managers” need to build a positive culture and morale to motivate their staff. many employees suffer in silence out of fear of retaliation and losing their jobs.
