As an ADM you operate as the project manager and BDR for your campaign. From market analysis, to campaign optimization, to improving company culture, and recruiting and onboarding; you are involved at every level of this company and your input is sought and valued. I was able to leave a lasting impact on this company and make real changes. You are also supported by a great team, boss, and tech stack.

Because it’s a smaller company and Mark is doing the job of 10 people, you have to be a self starter and really take initiative to get things done. Not a con, but something to be aware of.
