Nothing much to tell as a cons. Like any other work place: Sometimes the work load is overwhelming, especially during peak seasons and when approval process were introduced within the organisation. Few days of long hours commitment may be required in a month to complete your tasks, but you are not expected to stay on. Its up to the staff members capability to complete the tasks on time, else seek support from colleagues. Rapid expansion creates few bottle neck issues at times within the company, but they get effectively rectified by the managers along with their teams support.
