The product itself is interesting and constantly evolving, which creates many opportunities to learn and grow professionally. The crypto industry is inherently volatile, which can lead to shifting priorities and periods of increased workload. Teams are often required to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and business needs. The pace can be demanding at times, particularly during periods of heightened market activity. The company also went through significant changes during my time there, which naturally brought additional challenges. However, I found colleagues and managers professional, supportive, and focused on moving forward.
