There are still some very talented and creative people working at 2A. You get to work on interesting projects for a wide range of clients. The relaxed atmosphere in terms of attire and hours is also a plus.

The senior management is quite horrible. Bouts of immature, insecure tantrums are a daily hazard from "C" level leadership, along with overall rude behavior. If you're not deemed worthy enough for one of the few large offices with tv monitors on the walls, you're placed in the smallest cubicles I've ever seen with barely enough room to turn around your chair without hitting your knees.

- Long hours, crazy deadlines, super demanding A-List clients - A lot of new unvetted technologies that we had to "make work"
