Pros
Dedicated leaders really trying to do what's right for the people, clients and employees. The company did lose their way a bit over the past few years, but they seem to be refocusing now and trying hard to establish a vision we can all stand by. Really smart, great people and overall good clients with similar values. Of all of the places I've worked for, I feel the most respect for my personal needs and balance at 22sq. They really work with you as long as you show up and do good work in return. Also fully remote still which is a fading benefit in many other places.
Kontras
Like mentioned, they are re-inventing themselves as an organization right now. That comes with a lot of ups and downs and hard decisions in order to get us back to a place of focus and a singular vision. So it can take some patience and grit as an employee right now. But I do have faith that they will get there under the current leadership. You just have to hang along for the ride.
