I was fortunate enough to work with a lot of really great people during my time there, and have stayed friends with most of them even after I left the bank.

Salary is far below the market rate for each position. Many departments are understaffed and management's response is to pile more work on the employees left rather than hire new employees. Upper management openly admits to focusing on "managing or cutting every expense, including salaries."
