Cannot think of a single pro

Management and overall company is shocking. Staff are over worked, under paid and under appreciated and get blamed for issues caused by management.

The only pro I can think of are the salaries but that’s it.

Racism. Inexperienced management. Oblivious/gullible CEO. Favouritism. Expectations too high when no support/training has been provided. Heavy blame culture. Good feedback/work is never celebrated or praised. Management are hyper fixated on everyone else’s shortcomings just to hide their lack of knowledge.
