This company was acquired by MJH Life Sciences last year, so you are not really working for C-Management. Be sure to read their company reviews. Despite the buy-out, top leadership was retained, which means all previous reviews here are 100% valid. Mid-level and senior management are out of touch and lack the skills necessary to lead a company growing at the rate C-Managment does. Be ready to take on more work than is possible to get done in a given day and be expected to do so with a smile on your face. Leaders boast a shrinking turnover rate, which makes no sense when most staff are brand new and leave before being here one year. The reality at C-Management is unsustainable. More and more projects are brought in with zero analysis of staff bandwidth to take these on. So revenue is placed on a pedestal, with lower level staff carrying the burden and receiving minimal compensation for these 500K to 4 million dollar projects coming through the door. You'll work yourself to death for a great cause, but truly evaluate if it's worth it.
